Child Safety Standards

Our commitment
Jodi Pura has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are an adults-only dating platform. We prohibit use by anyone under 18 years of age and take action against accounts or content that endanger children.
Age requirements
Users must be 18 or older. Registration requires a date of birth, and accounts for users under 18 are not permitted. We may request age verification or remove accounts that appear to belong to minors.
Prohibited content and conduct
- CSAM or any sexual content involving minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
- Profiles, messages, or media that sexualize children
- Attempts to contact minors through the platform
- Any other conduct that violates child safety laws
In-app reporting
Users can report profiles from the app (profile or chat menu → Report). Report reasons include sexual content, abusive or inappropriate content, spam, and a free-text "Other" option for child safety or other urgent concerns. Users can also Block another user. Reports are reviewed by our team; violating accounts may be suspended or permanently removed.
Moderation and enforcement
We investigate reports, apply automated and human review where appropriate, preserve evidence as required by law, and cooperate with law enforcement and recognized child safety organizations when CSAE or CSAM is suspected or confirmed.
Legal compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws and report CSAM and related activity to regional and national authorities as required, including where mandated under local reporting obligations.
